I decided to return these hearing aids, I just decided they were not for me. Despite 2 requests no one has gotten back to me so much for easy returns.

Once the volume has been adjusted to your preference, the earphone has a power-off memory and lock function, so you don’t need to keep readjusting it. Additionally, it is very portable and easy to carry with you.
